Our context is e-learning for competency-based VET in Australia - but you'll find lots here whatever kind of e-learning you're into. Our main focus is on designing for delivery, to help you with planning and presenting a course using e-learning tools and materials. You'll also find the samples, designs and ideas useful if you are developing e-learning materials.

So, you can use the site to:

  • get your bearings - enjoy a visual tour of how e-learning works
  • get started - find examples, practical tips and strategies you can try

We've arranged the Gallery around the key tasks in designing and delivering courses - organising the content , preparing the learning activities, providing learner support and arranging assessment.

The gallery has a detailed teaching guide for each strategy, including:

  • click-and-view samples from a range of industry areas
  • details of each sample (where from, which course etc)
  • advice on when to use the strategy
  • the practical steps involved, and any skills or tools you need
  • links to other useful resources.
